Wifi Dvd
My laptop isn't connected to internet but is still searching wifi. Safe for a plane?

I know how to disconnect my laptop from current wifi connections but I don't know how to stop it from searching for wifi connections. I want to watch DVD's on the plane ride though. Is it still safe to use it on the plane? Will it cause any interference?
I love you funker. My flight is in an hour and I needed an answer quick. It worked thanks! As soon as a can, best answer for u =]

There should be a little switch on the front of the laptop that turns the wi-fi antenna off. There could also be a FN key combined with one of your F keys. There should be a little symbol that looks like a radio tower. Hold FN and push that key.
